Industry: Real estate investment advisory
Homepage repositioned around the firm's institutional pedigree, brokerage network, and investor access, replacing a generic service list with copy that reflects their actual standing in the Bay Area market.
Crestline Advisors had 20 years of experience, an institutional pedigree, and a network most firms in their space could not match. Their homepage said none of it. The hero described what they did in the most generic terms possible. Their biggest differentiators were buried deep inside inner pages that most visitors never reached. The website looked like every other real estate team in the Bay Area.
The work started with positioning, not copy. The real advantages were identified first: a top-tier brokerage affiliation, 20 years at the industry's most recognized firms, and access to a buyer and seller network that smaller teams simply do not have. Those became the foundation of the homepage, surfaced in the hero, reinforced in the supporting sections, and structured for SEO from the first headline down. Every section was written to do a specific job, build trust, answer the right question, and move the right visitor toward the next step.
The homepage now opens with a positioning statement that reflects the firm's actual standing in the market. Key credentials that previously lived on page four of the site now appear in the first scroll. The copy is structured to rank for the queries serious Bay Area investors are already searching, and every section speaks directly to the two audiences the firm actually serves, property owners and investment buyers.
